“We” Azac Design process your order within 5 working days. As soon as the order is processed we proceed with dispatching the order.

You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged items within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period. When reporting these to us please ensure you have photographed the issue as we will ask for this to conduct our investigation.
You can return an online order within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. If you request a refund of the original purchase price, this will be issued back with bank wire transfer (excluding the original postage that has been paid).
Refunds will be issued if items are returned in their original unworn condition with original labels attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered will not be accepted and could be sent back to you. Unless the item is deemed faulty and a fault of AZAC DESIGN, the cost of postage will be deducted from any refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the time of receiving your item(s).
HOW TO RETURN
Pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in their original condition, all original labels must be intact and, in a condition, to resell the product. Please include a completed copy of your returns form within the parcel.
We always recommend returning your items via recorded service as we unfortunately can’t be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. Please return to:

International delivery times may vary depending on the country. Delivery times will be stated at the checkout.
Got the wrong size? Don’t worry, you can exchange for an alternative item by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org and if we find that the exchange is needed you will have return any item to us by post covering the delivery costs.
When we receive your item, we aim to dispatch your exchange request within 10 working days of receiving the item. You will also receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service Team confirming receipt of your parcel.
If under the unfortunate circumstance that you receive an incorrect item or item you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team on email@example.com, who will be able to assist you further. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Upon AZAC DESIGN receiving your faulty/incorrect item, we will happily reimburse postage costs up to a value of €5.95 per parcel, dependent on size, weight and location.
If you return an item beyond the 30-day period or we deem the item in a non-sellable condition, we will hold the item(s) until a minimum of €5.95 returns postage charge is paid to have this dispatched back to you. Our Customer Service Team will be in touch to advise you of this.
